You and one of our tutors will speak together in English – one to one (using social media apps that allow video chat such as Skype, Messenger, Kakaotalk, IMO, etc).
What will you talk about?
The aim of our program is to build your confidence and fluency in speaking natural English. Your tutor will use questions from our speaking program to guide your conversation and keep you talking. Our program has more than 1,500 questions covering many topics so there’s a lot to talk about. The questions range from easy, everyday life topics through to school, academic and business level topics. Your tutor will ask questions appropriate to your age and ability. For younger learners, the tutor will use a more structured format to teach the student. However, our program is a guide, so if you have other things you want to talk about, that’s fine too. We want to help you use relevant English in your own situation.
Will you use a text book?
Of course not! We provide real English speaking practice, not reading practice!
What about errors?
Your speaking practice tutorial is not a grammar lesson but your tutor will use our techniques to help you use correct grammar, pronounce words correctly and to make the right word choices. Your tutor will help you correct some mistakes as you speak and at the end of the tutorial will usually remind you of the errors that need to be fixed and things you need to work on.

A flexible program to suit you –
You choose how often you want to speak English with your tutor (every day, once a week or several times a week – it’s up to you!) You have a choice of 15 minute, 30 minute or 45 minute tutorials – choose whatever fits your lifestyle or study schedule, at a time that suits you. If your schedule changes, you can discuss changing your tutorial times with your tutor.
